So to fix this just load your dimension stay in there and then run the commands. It is to the point where there is a massive performance hog or stability loss to the point where it is not acceptable. Now that sandstone has been added to the bottom of beaches also, I've been wondering if this was possible. Sorry for the late update! There's just too much map with unseen structures to do it cleanly.
